Mr. Prime was born in Bedford, Indiana, attended public schools in Seymour, Indiana, and received his undergraduate degree from Hanover College. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1965.

Since completing a term as a Deputy Attorney General, State of Indiana, Mr. Prime has been in general practice in Madison, Indiana. His practice includes wills, trusts, estates, divorce issues and criminal matters. Mr. Prime is an experienced personal injury attorney with 30 years of trial practice! He and his staff offer personalized service to those injured in accidents.

Mr. Prime is also a registered mediator offering mediation services for civil disputes.
